To develop new Corporate Relations and Manage the Existing To achieve the summer internship and placement targets To create/maintain excellent relationships with Corporate and be able to organise training programmes for students according to their specifications Timely follow-ups from the corporate. Fulfillment of Summer-internship and Placement Targets as per the caliber and preferences of students. Give business presentations to recruitment team from corporate. To map potential sectors To achieve target plan Developing new ideas to achieve Placements Interact regularly with the corporate to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship. Comply with Placement process and mechanism of the Organisation to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity Aggressive to convert placement & achieve targets
– Motivate candidate for suitable designation – Prepare Report of interested candidate in format of MIS(Management Information System, DAR(Daily Activity Report)
Desired Candidate Profile: – Candidate should be graduate in any discipline. – Should have experience of recruitment – Highly motivated for taking challenges. – Should have good convincing power – Should have excellent computer knowledge
Project/ Recruitment- You will be assigned different assignments/ projects where you will make reports on the basis of the assignments from time to time as per the company requirements and in the best interest of company.

Candidateshould be responsible for managing end to end placements of the studentsthrough campus interviews. -Should guide the students during placement session. -The ideal applicant should be highly experienced with good academicbackground and well networked with at least 5 yrs relevant experience in thesame profile in a reputed organization. -Candidate should be able to communicate with corporate clients &Organization.
