Requirements:
- A diploma or certificate in Systemic Counselling is a must; 5 years’ experience working in counselling services
- Aged above 30 years; Clear understanding of GBV policy issues with regard to women and girls
- Broad understanding of human behavior, family settings and causes of domestic violence; mature, confidential, empathetic, client centred; Good administrative skills
- Excellent written, oral communication and report writing skills; Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Able to work with communities, community leadership and district stakeholders
