Our client, is a leading firm in the FMCG industry worldwide, and they are looking for the above mentioned position to join their team in Mozambique.Duties/Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be responsible for or have the following duties:-

• Manage field marketing team in product promotion and sale activities
• Develop field marketing plans for improving sales and profitability.
• Set marketing goals and objectives for sales and marketing team.
• Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth.
• Provide sales support and guidance to team for product positioning.
• Monitor and manage expenditures within allotted budget.

Requirements
The ideal candidate must have the following:-

• At least 6 years of experience.
• Must be degreed with minimum qualification in Marketing, Masters would be ideal.
• A strong background in the FMCG industry would be advantageous.
• Must have at least 2 years of mid to senior management experience.
• Fully computer literate in MS Office.
• Must be fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
