Qualifications and experience:
- Must have a Higher National Diploma or a Degree in Mechanical or industrial Engineering
- Must understand plant layout and have knowledge of equipment and machine utilisation through work study methods.
- Must have working knowledge of planned maintenance.
- At least five years post graduate experience at managerial level in a manufacturing environment.
- Be mature, innovative and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
