IDEAL CANDIDATE: 30- 39 YEARS, FLUENT IN SPOKEN & WRITTEN ENGLISH
EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR +
MIN QUALIF: 5 O’LEVELS, COMPUTER LITERATE,
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN TASKS
- Answering a multi-line phone system.
- Inter-acting with customers using well-established customer care management methods.
- Using problem solving and conflict resolution skills to manage potentially difficult situations.
- Carrying general office duties such as filing and data entry.
- Providing excellent customer service while receiving incoming calls requesting service.
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
- Take and relay messages.
- Greet persons entering organization.
- Direct persons to correct destination.
- Deal with queries from the public and customers.
- Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Prepare correspondence and documents.
- Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
- Monitor and maintain office equipment.
- Control inventory relevant to reception area.
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Reconciliation of timesheets.
- Any other duties assigned.
