| Job Information | Family AIDS Caring Trust, a Christian based national development NGO with its Head Office in Mutare seeks an Executive Director to take up the following responsibilities: –
Leading the growth of FACT through development and implementation of approved strategic plans Leading the Executive Committee by overseeing day-to-day operations – Ensuring that all activities comply with FACT’s mission and approved policies – Responsible for overall budget preparation and long-term financial sustainability – Acting as a public face of FACT to stakeholders, government ministries and donors – Accountable to Board and subcommittees Minimum requirements – Master’s Degree in social science, public health or related field – Ten years management experience in non-governmental or academic sectors – Demonstrable financial management capability – Clean driving licence – Capable of promoting Christian aims of organization – Ideally, experienced in managing project grants from international organizations, research and be 40+ years To apply Applicants should submit an application letter with CV, two professional and one pastoral character reference indicating expected salary to: recruitment15@fact.org.zw Application deadline: 20 February 2015 |
