1. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities and approaches.
2. Increase market share in asset and liability business in the market.
3. Develop new customer products, programs and merchandising and sales approaches to ensure a highly competitive and customer responsive bank in the segment.
4. Ongoing development and management of sales force to ensure maximum marketing and sales performance of the Banking unit.
5. Increase and improve product awareness and exploit all available market opportunities in the market.
6. Determine and implement the most effective distribution strategies, methods and service quality needs to economically and competitively capitalise on market conditions.
7. Determine and effectively operate a comprehensive personal credit approval and processing capability that will profitably meet competitive and credit quality requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. A commercial degree or business related degree
2. At least 10 years working experience with 3 years being experience in a senior management position in Banking environment.
