An Events company which has been in existence for 7 years is looking for an Assistant Events Coordinator.

Main Duties

  • Market the business via social media and in person to clients
  • Ensure events are well planned and coordinated
  • Manage the business when the owner is away
  • Ensure the clients get the invoices and quotations in time
  • Follow up on payments and manage the admin office assistant.

 

Requirements

  • Experience in the Hospitality Industry for a minimum of 1 year
  • A diploma or degree in the industry will be an added advantage
  • Clean class 4 driver’s licence.(MUST HAVE)

Salary and Package

  • Basic Salary of $500
  • Transport allowance of $40/ 20l of fuel per week
  • Housing allowance of $40
  • Airtime allowance of $20
  • 5-10% Commission of jobs brought per month
