An Events company which has been in existence for 7 years is looking for an Assistant Events Coordinator.
Main Duties
- Market the business via social media and in person to clients
- Ensure events are well planned and coordinated
- Manage the business when the owner is away
- Ensure the clients get the invoices and quotations in time
- Follow up on payments and manage the admin office assistant.
Requirements
- Experience in the Hospitality Industry for a minimum of 1 year
- A diploma or degree in the industry will be an added advantage
- Clean class 4 driver’s licence.(MUST HAVE)

Salary and Package
- Basic Salary of $500
- Transport allowance of $40/ 20l of fuel per week
- Housing allowance of $40
- Airtime allowance of $20
- 5-10% Commission of jobs brought per month
