Administration Officer (banking) 

 

Our Client a leading international bank is looking for the above to join their team. The job holder will be responsible for general administration which will enable the smooth operation of a business unit
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Fleet Management – log of service per vehicle, preparation of orders, followup on invoicing and payment
2. Travel arrangements – local and regional
3. Benefits Management – mediacl,funeral, service queries
4. Events management – events diary, board, committees diary
5. Administration work – document registry, retrieval, archiving,
6. Appointments management – head human capitals diary
Requirements
1. At least 5 years in a secretarial or personal administrative role
2. A Level passes with Maths and English passes at O Level – A MUST
3. An HR qualification is an advantage
4. Must be customer oriented
5. Must have integrity, confidentiality
