Accounting Vacancy Zimbabwe

• Preparation and analysis of Financial reports and budgets
• Recording debtors and advances in the computerized accounting system
• Liaise with embassy suppliers in relation to quotes and invoices
• Preparing travel allowances for officers and manage acquittals of travel advances / allowances
• Assist to purchase and maintain computers, printers and photocopiers and other IT equipment

• At least 3 years work experience in the area of Finance and administration
• Qualifications in Finance/ accounting/ business or progress towards such qualifications
• High level computer skills including experience with accounting packages
• High level ability to organise workloads, allocate resources effectively and set priorities
