1. CIVIL ENGINEER- degree in civil engineering plus ZIE member or equivalent professional body, four years relevant work experience in Municipal Engineering or related, computer literacy and ability to use engineering and project management software, a valid class 4 license
2. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH MANAGER- 5 O levels including English, Math’s and Science, BSc in Environmental Health Honours in Public Health, a post graduate qualification Public Health Administration, valid membership of the Health Professions Council, a clean driver’s license
