Driver Vacancy: Zimbabwe 2016

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

• Ferrying staff members and clients to required destinations.
• Monitoring car service dates to ensure that vehicles are serviced in good time.
• Cleaning the project vehicles daily and doing vehicle daily checks on oil and water.
• Inspecting vehicles for faults and reporting all faults to the Site Manager or Coordinator.
• Fueling vehicles and ensuring vehicles are clean at all times.
• Attending to and/or direct all visitors to the site, for both personal and business request accordingly.
• Attending to clients for registration, check eligibility and prepare clients for services offered.
• Opening a client file for each client and recording each client’s details.
• Recording and receipting client fees.
• Assisting with receptionist or administrative duties when required

Required skills, Qualifications and Experience

•  5 O’ Levels including English a prerequisite
• Clean drivers licence (minimum class 4)
• At least 5 years driving experience
• Defensive Driving certificate a must
• Good interpersonal and communication skills a prerequisite
• Candidate should be able to work in a team environment
