We are looking for Human Resources attaché to join our school team.
Responsibilities
- Ensure human resources policies and plans are done in time
- Ensure coordination of staff recruitment and selection process in an orderly and organized manner to bring the best human capital in the organization
- Provide support to senior and line management in their endeavour to develop critical organization skills and capabilities that give clear competitive advantages
- Monitor staff attendance and performance activities to maintain desired productivity levels
Qualifications
- A degree in Human Resources Management / A Higher National Diploma
- Preferably a person Currently studying/ finished IPMZ
