Zimbabwean taxi company is looking for a Head of Operations.
Chief Operation Officer responsibilities:
1) Manages daily operations including but not limited to: office staff and dispatchers supervision, coaching employees for optimal performance,.
2) Hires, trains, manages fleet staff (drivers) to provide great service for the Clients.
3) Works with other company executives to develop marketing, training, communication, and incentive programs.
4) Creates and manages service and operation procedures.
5) Takes responsibility for reliability of the fleet.
6) Identifies, analyzes, reports and solves any issues within the Company
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 5-10 years relevant experience with operations, partner management, consulting, training or support.
- Solid basic computer and business software skills;
- Previous experience in the taxi market (preferred);
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects;
- Superior problem solving and analytic skills;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Thrives and gets things done in unstructured start-up environment;
- Undeniable motor and positive attitude
