Care Promoter vacancy-Zimbabwe 2016

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Regularly visit hair salons and female groups in the network.
• Source product from PSI/Z and sell at recommended retail price to existing and prospective clients.
• Receipt all sales and bank proceeds; submit bank deposits on a weekly basis.
• Monitor sales of Care Female condoms and ensure that there are no stock outs at the key distribution outlets.
• Ensure good display of products and promotional material at the hair salon.
• Supervise hairdressers to ensure interaction with the client on Care Female condoms and IPC issues for correct and consistent use of Care female condoms.
• Carry out product demonstrations to enhance correct usage of Care female condoms.
• Submit weekly reports on the sales and number of people reached during IPC sessions.
• Distribute IEC materials for all programs including VMMC among female groups and hair salons
• Refer clients for cervical cancer screening, Family Planning, HTC and ART.
• Alert the IPC Coordinator of any requirements or problems.

Qualifications and Experience

• Five (5) Ordinary Level passes and above.
• Experience in sales an added advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels and work effectively in partnership with a variety of stakeholders
