Job Description
- Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases;
- Assists office staff in maintaining files and databases;
- Duties of the role may extend to the administration of social media;
- Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as vehicle record management;
- Recording office expenditure and managing the budget;
- Overseeing the training and induction programmes of new staff;
- Arranging regular servicing and testing ofoffice electrical equipment and safety devices;
- Schedule appointments and meetings for Business Development Manager;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for business development manager;
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails;
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for business development manager;
- Access to smart sheets monitoring and updating thereof and ensuring deadlines are adhered to;
- evaluates, and prioritizes incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and in-person requests for assistance from users experiencing problems with hardware, software, networking, and other computer-related technologies;

- Education Level: Diploma Level
- Qualifications: Minimum qualifications Diploma in relevant discipline.
